Motiv8ed 2 B FIT with Julie Fostin

This 6-week program will motivate you to be your best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. This training is suited for the beginner to a fitness fanatic. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

N-Spire Fit with Julie Fostin

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She will challenge you with interval workouts with a variety of equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. The program will include a: fitness assessment, weigh-in at the beginning and end of the program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Julie will N-Spire you to believe fitness is fun! All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Healthy Habits 101 with Julie Fostin

Consistency is key to your health and wellness…Are you setting health goals but struggling to stay consistent? Life is busy we stretch ourselves thin with too many commitments which can put our wellness on the back burner. Join Julie for her 4-week program that will put you on the right track by providing behavior-based tools to help you achieve the healthiest version of yourself.

Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp

This 4-week outdoor group training that will be filled with fitness fun! Drills for every level of fitness to improved your strength and stamina all while enjoying the great outdoors. Julie will keep you motivated each week with a variety of workouts that will bring you to the next level of your health and fitness. This is where the change happens! Outdoors Weather Permitting  (3 min. 10 max.)

This 6-week program is tailored to the new gym participant and/or someone who is just starting out in their fitness journey. Total body workouts will be progressive by using a variety of equipment. Fitness consultation is required to offer a safe and effective workout. All ages and levels of fitness welcome.

Fever Fit with Julie Fostin

Catch the fever! Make progress and mix up your routine with circuit strength training, cardio intervals and more. Join Julie for 8 weeks of fun with routines that will keep you accountable and challenged. Including, weekly emails, recipes, along with exercise and nutritional accountability! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Couch to 5k with Julie Fostin

Have you always wanted to run a 5k but just don’t know how to go about it? Now is your chance! Join this outdoor 8-week training at Buttonwood Park with participants that are just starting out just like you. Training will include an assessment before and after, a group training session, and 5k homework. Julie’s goal for you is to join her to run/walk/jog and finish the Fairhaven Father's Day Road Race. Has this always been on your bucket list, time to cross it off.
